PtU-CPTG is a practitioner level course for testers involved in performance testing. The course covers Gatling as an open source tool to generate load. This code-focused course provides an undiluted Gatling experience, focusing especially on the critical Gatling concepts. This enables a better real-life implementation of the newly acquired knowledge in the participants' daily work, such as: Scenario design, Feeders, Session handling (Correlation), Parameterization, Pacing (Think Time), Checks, and Monitoring.
The PtU-CPTG course contains technical content that teaches Gatling load testing techniques and is appropriate for Software Testers, Test Engineers, Performance Testers, Performance Engineers, Test Leads, QA Managers, and Operational Support.

PtU-CPTG is a practical course for testers who are already involved in performance testing or for those who wish to start in this area.
Basic knowledge of programming concepts, including variables, methods or functions, and control structures (conditions and loops).
Basic understanding of the HTTP protocol, including request and response concepts, as well as key elements such as URLs, parameters, cookies, headers, request methods (GET, POST), and message bodies.
Basic understanding of system architecture, including layered web architectures and the client–server model.
